Barangay Irisan, Baguio
The Online Barangay Certification is a project anchored under the Gender and Social Services category. In lieu of the physical application, many national and local offices shifted to an online mode of certification application since the start of the Covid- 19 pandemic. With this, the project aims to improve the transaction of the barangay workers and its constituents when it comes to the issuance of barangay certificates, which is commonly used by job seekers, business establishments, scholarship applicants, and others. Considering the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) guidelines, the hybrid mode of application would minimize the long queue of residents which is observed by the workers to acquire barangay certificates every day. Further, it will minimize or prevent the transmission of the Covid-19. The proponents will utilize Google Form to make an application form for the residents who need to apply for certification. Hence it will help them efficiently use their time. The requirements would be the same as what the barangay requires. The application will start from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Then from 3:01 to 5:00 pm is alloted for encoding of names and purposes. Afterward, the applicant may pick up the certificate the day after and may pay the fee either through G-Cash or at the time of pick-up.
